Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The CCPA and the CPRA let California residents instruct a business to refrain from selling or sharing their personal information. This page sets out what such an instruction means on this site and how to submit one. It belongs beside our California privacy notice and adds detail to the Privacy Policy.

Sale and Sharing on This Site

Illinois Tribal Loans works as a referral service, and personal information leaves the site on exactly one occasion: when a loan request form goes in. At that moment the details are transmitted to independent participating lenders, which use them to prepare offers. California law may treat that disclosure as a “sale” or “sharing” even though the service itself never charges you.

Viewing pages shares nothing: no ad trackers, no cross-site cookies, nothing about your browsing offered for sale anywhere. If you have never sent a request form, there is nothing here to opt out of; the page stays up so the choice remains yours.

Sending the Opt-Out

  1. Email [email protected] and enter “Do Not Sell or Share My Information” as the subject.
  2. Add the name and email address used on any request you submitted, if one exists. Identity documents are unnecessary; an email address that matches is enough.
  3. A confirmation arrives by email, and the opt-out becomes effective within 15 business days, usually well before that.

A properly authorized agent can file the request in your place with written permission attached, and we may check that permission with you first.

What the Opt-Out Changes

  • Sharing with participating lenders ends, and no new request gets routed on your behalf.
  • Records kept for legal, audit, or dispute reasons stay under the retention schedule described in our California notice.
  • A request form submitted later acts as new consent to whatever details it carries.

Browser Signals

No tracking-based selling happens on this site at all, so Global Privacy Control and comparable browser signals find nothing to disable here. The request form is the single sharing channel, and the opt-out described above governs it rather than any browser setting.

Visitors Outside California

The same opt-out is open to everyone, Illinois residents included. Residents of states that run privacy statutes of their own, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Illinois included, can follow the identical email process, and we extend comparable rights under those laws. Revisions to this page are published here; the contact page handles questions.
